Faith and Interfaith Programs, Special Community Events and Initiatives

Faith Programs educate about individual major religions and faiths, i.e. Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism. Programs include sacred texts and sacred places, signs and symbols, rights and rituals.

The Guibord Center was created so people can
experience the expression of goodness and peacemaking
inside all wisdom traditions. We host public events
that allow people to gather around timely issues and share in deep healing and meaningful celebration.

The Guibord Center sponsors interfaith events including panel discussions on specific areas of interest for faith traditions, values in the voting booth, faith and the environment.

Through its partnership with local schools and faith communities, The Guibord Center brings children and young people together for face-to-face experiences that help them appreciate others and develop skills to make a positive difference in an increasingly diverse society.
Faith at the Table is the Center's monthly dinner and interfaith dialogue program for young adults ages 18 to mid-30s. Launched in February 2018, Faith at the Table meets at sites all over greater Los Angeles to share a vegetarian meal and dig into all kinds of questions about our spiritual beliefs and practices.
