establish a youth center

A community in Akkar , lebanon, population 20,0000.00 is an underserved community. Poor economically, educationally and students drop out of school at the 8th grad and below. Education is not a top priority as youth have no hope for education. Due to the fact that it is inheretd problem as their parents did not get chance to get education. Youth age 12-20 they leave school and start wondering what to do tomorrow except gathering on the main street and do no work but cause problems to themselves and communities. Thia Youth center when completed would bring these youth back to school help them get skill training and get education as they are not afford getting this skil themselves. This youth center would accomodate the whol community. This center would provide adult education, skill training for female and male youth, .
