Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Be Finally Free works within the community to overcome the effects of crime, poverty, and hardships by restoring those impacted by addiction, crime, incarceration, and poverty.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
On the Inside Crusades
Be Finally Free disciples individuals within prisons and jails. We provide spiritual growth activities including correspondence and in-person Bible studies, chaplain visits, and revival events. We also teach Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) classes as well. We have cultivated a network of partnering organizations all over the community to better serve our participants once they re-enter society.
Courageous Parenting
We not only want to rebuild individuals of the community but also families. The cycle of destruction is a continuous pattern as some of these individuals are not taught how to be parents since they did not have an active parent in their life. We provide classes that shares the needs of a child and the roles of adults in children's lives so the cycle can stop.
Notes of Hope
This program allows the incarcerated to receive encouragement from outside the prison walls to change their lifestyle. This program is completed through correspondence classes that cover everything from anger management to spiritual growth.
IMPACT Center
Be Finally Free office is held at the IMPACT Center of Bakersfield founded by Be Finally Free. The IMPACT center is a building that houses other non-profits that provide resources and education to adults that are re-entering society from prison/jail, recovery homes, and homeless shelters. Our vision is to Equip, Empower, & Engage individuals to become better citizens of the community.
Life Coaching
Be Finally Free works with all participants in our programs by helping them develop a vision for their future and mapping out goals on how they can reach that vision.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We believe in education because we believe that education is the out and can change anything. Utilizing this principle, Be Finally Free has created and implemented several educational courses and programs. Our curriculum includes Courageous Parenting, Anger Management, Unshackled Success: Shattering the Chains of Poverty, Notes of Hope, On the Inside Crusades, and Life Skills. Additionally, we teach important life skills to help participants determine and deal with the root causes of their particular issues. We partner with organizations all over Kern County and have created a comprehensive list of resources that we share with all of our participants.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Be Finally Free is constantly working to ensure that we are growing programs within the community so we can have a greater impact. We want others to be involved and believe that the only way someone will get involved more is if they see results. We are working hard to break the poverty mentality and better individuals.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We are developing teams of volunteers throughout the United States. This allows prisons, rehab facilities, and homeless shelters to constantly receive support.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We began the IMPACT center so we may continue working with the individuals that are a part of our programs while incarcerated or involved in a sober living program.
