Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Program 1
Community Resource Trust has partnered with Oregon Housing and Community Services, Key Community Development Corporation, the City of Salem, and Mountain West Investment Corporation, to build 180 low-income housing units in the city of Salem, Oregon. The project is complete and fully-leased.
Program 2
Community resource Trust is partnered with Mountain West Investment Corporation and Salem-Keizer School District in the development of the Career Technical Educational Center (CTEC). The mission of CTEC is to prepare students for high-skill, high-wage, and high-demand careers while developing the processional skills, technical knowledge, academic foundation and real-world experience to assure their success upon graduation.
Program 3
Community Resource Trust is currently funding community projects designed to enhance education in the Mid-Willamette Valley of Oregon: the School Innovation Collaboration project, which is designed to improve attendance and achievement rates in 3 high schools and 2 elementary schools.
