Let's' Give the Boys a Hand Awareness Campaign

“Let’s Give the Boys a Hand” is a National Awareness Campaign to ensure that EVERY young man is aware of testicular cancer and the need for routine self-examination. If he is diagnosed with TC, we commit that they will not fight the battle alone. Our goal is to use all forms of social and viral media at our disposal to spread this message. This awareness campaign is an effort by the Joshua Ray Smallwood Foundation and the International Testicular Cancer Foundation.

Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our goal is to educate our world about the need for self-examination to facilitate early discovery of testicular cancer symptoms thereby maximizing the potential for positive treatment and outcome. Our goal is to change the mindset of our society so that they realize this is a problem that needs to be talked about and there is no embarrassment or reluctance to discuss it openly.

We will utilize every medium at our disposal to achieve our goals including public speaking, literature distribution, viral videos, social media and wristband and apparrel distribution.

We have the strategy and goals to be a major force in erradicating this type of cancer through education.

We have only begun our journey to tackle our goals. But we are already seeing progress in our section of the United States and the beginnings of change around the world through our efforts.
