Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The goal of Troops Direct is to ensure that every American service member who is deployed to any point on the globe has any and all of the critically needed items that they require to safely and successfully accomplish their mission.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Troops Direct proactively engages deploying units and advises them of our donation model. Additionally, we actively maintain relationships with units and commanders who we have assisted in the past.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Troops Direct has the ability to have nearly anything to nearly anywhere within 96 hours. Most stateside support -when highly urgent- can be delivered within 24 hours. Troops Direct uses the United States Postal Service, UPS, FEDEX, DHL as well as domestic semi trucks to move supplies.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Troops Direct has engaged every branch of service in regions including but not limited to Afghanistan, the Middle East, Africa, South America and the Pacific Rim. Our boundaries are purely based on where Americans are operating.
