Improving the quality of life in our community

aka Bee Cave Arts Foundation   |   Austin, TX   |  https://beecavearts.foundation/

Mission

The mission of the Bee Cave Arts Foundation is to improve the quality of life in our community and enhance the experience of visitors by bringing awareness, education and integration of a wide range of art throughout public spaces.

Notes from the nonprofit

Bee Cave Arts Foundation has been in existence since 2010. The Foundation strives to improve the quality of life in the community and enhance the experience of visitors by bringing awareness, education and integration of a wide range of art throughout public spaces. Primarily focused on Bee Cave, due to the strength of our offerings, we are attracting visitors and program participants from across Central Texas. Our Director has assembled a devoted cadre of volunteers of all ages who help manage The Hive, our public program and exhibition space. Ideally, we hope to expand the staff and build upon Deby's outstanding legacy. Even during COVID-19 restrictions, Bee Cave Arts Foundation kept going, all the while adhering to CDC guidelines. Still, that down time meant fewer donations, and there has been a reduction in City of Bee Cave Hotel Occupancy Tax revenues. Your support is most welcome to help us continue providing Central Texans with exceptional art education and exhibitions!
