Revolution Five Leadership
Training The Next Generation of Christian Leaders
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
The top CEOs and organizational leaders today agree that they see an impending cultural leadership vacuum. A severe draught of high-integrity, high-capacity, servant-minded Christian leaders exists today. A widespread lack of discipleship in the family, combined with church fallout, has left a development gap for young people today. If this gap isn't addressed immediately, we will be forced to perpetually fight to solve the problematic issues produced by that lack of leadership. This problem influences every sphere of society and has massive consequences if ignored.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Collegiate Leadership Development
9 month live-in Christian discipleship program for 18-24 year olds, teaching students to know their identity in Christ, exercise healthy leadership, soul care and self-discipline to influence in any sphere of society they launch into.
High5 Leadership Intensive in Nepal
Short-term summer leadership development experience for high school students. Starting in 2019, this will become a 3-week internship that begins in Colorado Springs, but travels to Nepal to support local orphanages, missions work and leadership development with the Napali people.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We are investing into tomorrow's leadership landscape by developing today's youth to address the concerns in society.
As a Kingdom-centric collegiate leadership development program, we are providing space for God to shape the hearts and minds of young people, so they be the generational leaders so desperately needed in our culture.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Through life-on-life discipleship, character development, leadership training and kinesthetic learning experiences, we target young people (18-24 years old) who are at the precipice of making some of the biggest decisions of their life.
By providing perspective, guidance and training, we help them hear from God and learn to obey Him, so that the Kingdom of God will come in whichever sphere of society (family, church, workplace, government, etc) God sends them out into.
We spend 9-months in a full-time discipleship program, allowing God to refine our integrity, character, vision and leadership skills -- emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, team building, interpersonal and group communications, financial stewardship, public speaking, establishing a Christian world-view, physical discipline, and more -- so that they are prepared to meet the demands of the leadership roles they will play throughout their adult lives.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a full-service facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, complete with dorm rooms, classrooms, public meeting areas and community kitchen. Our 4 directors are raising their families next door to the facilities, enabling life-on-life discipleship. Our "Masters Series" staff and "Benchmark" interns provide on-the-ground discipleship and leadership coaching for the students. We provide top-level educational experiences, as well as physically demanding opportunities such as group workouts, backcountry adventure trips in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and beyond. Our talented staff leads worship, devotionals, and inspiring encounters with God in His creation, setting a new vision for young collegiate leaders.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We've graduated 52 students from 4 different countries, who now work and serve in many leadership capacities both locally and internationally.
Our investment in tomorrows leaders has also expanded to high school through High5, allowing young people to make the most of their high school careers and make a massive impact in society.
We are training our first round of Master's Series staff to launch a Christian leadership school in Nepal, and send teams of alumni annually to serve orphans and develop relationships overseas.
This year we've also begun weekend training intensives for adults, called "Kingdom Legacy", as means to help them influence their children and make the most of the second half of their lives. This also serves to expand our network and establish our organization as a premier Christian leadership development program.
