What we aim to solve
Our organization is working to address the need for positive mentorship and making connection for young women in high school through early retirement. We focus the importance of education and women's health to sustain family and career success all while learning how to contribute and give back to the communities we serve.

ROSE MENTOR PROGRAM
REALIZING OPTIONS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS. MENTORING PROGRAM FOR JUNIOR AND SENIOR GIRLS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, RESOURCES, AND EXPERIENCES TO HELP THEM REALIZE THEIR FUTURE.
Annual Education Conference
Our annual educational conference serves 1,400 with 33 educational workshops and 3 inspirational speakers. There are also local vendor exhibitors that provide health related education, self care, products, and services.

Every aspect of our educational conference is designed to encourage, educate, and empower women in our communities.

We have influential board members who are leaders in our community who support mentorship and volunteerism. They believe in the mission and support the development of young women through retirement.
We are passionate about the relationships with our local business community that support our endeavor.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a seasoned board that has a proven process that has worked in our community for over 31 years. We are still talking about obstacles for women and how to overcome them so women can keep growing to help create jobs, be great employees, and lead healthy families.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We continue to be able to provide this conference year after year because there is still a need to support our mission and what our organization offer's people in our community.
