Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Every aspect of our educational conference is designed to encourage, educate, and empower women in our communities.

We have influential board members who are leaders in our community who support mentorship and volunteerism. They believe in the mission and support the development of young women through retirement.

We are passionate about the relationships with our local business community that support our endeavor.

We have a seasoned board that has a proven process that has worked in our community for over 31 years. We are still talking about obstacles for women and how to overcome them so women can keep growing to help create jobs, be great employees, and lead healthy families.

We continue to be able to provide this conference year after year because there is still a need to support our mission and what our organization offer's people in our community.
