Crisis Services, Residential Programs, Community Programs and Forensic Services
Established in 1972, Netcare Access is Franklin County’s 24-hour mental health and substance abuse crisis intervention and assessment services for adults and adults with developmental disabilities. Netcare is your connection to the county’s Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system, providing referrals to other ADAMH agencies for treatment services.
Crisis Services: For immediate crisis situations you can call, walk-in or have our mobile team dispatched to your location to provide urgent mental health and substance use intervention services.

Residential Programs: For further stabilization services, adult clients can be admitted voluntarily to one of our residential programs.

Forensic Services
Netcare Access Forensic Services are provided to 11 counties in Central Ohio, and are funded primarily by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), and by contracts with additional Common Pleas, Municipal, and Juvenile Courts in the region. This program is formally certified by the OhioMHAS Office of Forensic Services.
