Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Educate children and youth about competitive swimming. Provide kids with an athletic & safe activity during summer months when they are out of school.

Inform our community about our program so parents and kids know what is available, when it's available, and how to join.

Hire good swim coaches.

Enlist swim parent volunteers to run the program.

Raise enough funding to operate a high quality program yet keep the cost affordable for swim families.

Keep members well informed and up-to-date about the details of our program.

We have a well-organized and talented volunteer parent board, clear by-laws, great coaches, excellent facilities, involved swim parent volunteers, and well-maintained equipment.

All of our coaching staff is returning for 2017.

We're on track to double our team size for 2017.

More parents are involved in team management than 2015 & 2016 combined.

Anecdotally we can say the kids are having fun. This needs better measurement.
