The S.M. Wright Foundation is a non-profit organization that believes in providing support and stability to inner-city underprivileged children and less fortunate families through the areas of assistance in hunger relief, educational excellence, health, social service assistance and economic empowerment moving them from a postion of dependency to a position of self sufficiency.

The Wright Foundation in Dallas, Texas focuses on providing stability in the homes to many of the less fortunate families who are raising children through hungry relief, education, financial education. and through our beds for kids program. The aim is to make sure to help families provide a positive mind set to reach there goals and provide the tools they need to become self sufficient.

Beds for Kids of North Texas

Inadequate sleeping condition can impact a childs health emotional development and educational potential in a very negative way. In 2009 the objective of the Beds for Kids program is to give disadvantaged  children the opportunity to get a good night's sleep to improve their quality of life

The Wright Foundation goals are to help and assists less fortunate families understanding the fundamentals of having a stable home and also learn the financial management tools of becoming self sufficient once these families learn the fundamentals of sustainability they can be a testimony to others and provide support and encouragement.

To provide consistent help to the less fortunate families to make sure they are guided in the right direction moving towards self sufficiency.

To continue to provide the needed services to the families who need help and continue to be a support for the families.

The Wright Foundation is helped thousands of families moved towards self sufficiency. We will continue our mission to be the light of hope to so many we comes through our agency.
