Charting Impact

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?

How will they know if they are making progress?

What have and haven't they accomplished so far?

We believe exposure to the performing arts, at least one performance a year per child, across demographic and socioeconomic lines will seed an appreciation of the arts and create future patrons. As a result of our programs we are given the opportunity to awaken the spark that lives inside each and every young person. “Sparks – when illuminated and nurtured- give young people joy, energy and direction". Our goals are continued growth each year with MainStage, Showtime Series, TCT academy as well as TCT on Tour performances. MainStage had the highest ever attended season in 2016-2017 with 115,000 patrons and hope to continue breaking records in 2018.
