What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

The TPC-Basketball program incorporates other training aspects from other disciplines to promote the development of the student athlete in a manner to increase their confidence and as a result, improve their performance both on the court and in the classroom. Some of the other Players Club Programs are:


1. Martial Arts Program (Individual coordination, discipline and focus training)
2. Conditioning Program (Quickness, Strength and Flexibility training)
3. Mentoring Program (Education Seminars and Tutoring)
4. Health and Nutrition Program (Diet and nutrition training)

In the TPC Basketball Academy, basketball principles are taught through a number of activities and events. These activities and events are arranged in a manner to teach these principles progressively. Activities and events include, but are not limited to:

1. Private Lessons - Individual, 2 Person, 4 Person, 6 Person

2. Basketball Camps - 1 to 4 days (Methods and Techniques)

3. Basketball Classes - 1 to 4 hours (Fundamentals, Concepts and Strategies)

4. Amateur Athletic Union Team Competition

5. Traveling Team Competition

This program is designed to take the student athlete from the 4th grade through the 12th grade. As the student athlete advances through the program they are taught the necessary basketball skills and philosophies required to compete at all levels, whether it be pre-high school, high school or college.
