Home Grant Program

Launched in October 2011, Opens Doors established the Home Grant Program, which provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing parents and guardians to be by a child’s side during treatment.

Population(s) Served

To address economic effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Opens Doors created a special Pandemic Relief Program, which provides an additional month of mortgage or rental payment assistance to qualifying families. The program will sunset with the December 2021 grant cycle.
