Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We have finished a complete building remodel, including 2 ambulatory operating rooms. All building and equipment complies with Mexican Health Authority (COFEPRIS) standards. This project has drained our reserves and we are now engaging in an energetic program to raise funds for project sustainability in 2021;

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to open our facility to other programs aimed at assisting the financially challenged portion of the population of Mexico with health problems including but not limited to maxillofacial deformities and dental problems. We are open to all requests to use our facility.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We will continue to work with local Rotary Clubs, the Mexican DIF (Integral Family Development Agency) and the State Health Department (ISESALUD). We also have had talks with other non profits that do similar work in the area.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We are members of the Rotary International network. We have several bi lingual volunteers and board members. We maintain lines of communication with government agencies in the area in which we work.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have been in the Ensenada area for 33 of our 36 years. We have treated around 1,900 surgery patients and 20,000 dental patients. This has changed the lives of these children. Changing them from outcasts to respected members of their classes and communities.
