United Community Outreach

The goal of the organization is to provide life training and goal setting to a charitable class of men. The men entering into the organization's residential program have drug, alcohol and behavioral problems. Many of the men are placed by the courts for rehabilitation processes. The costs are primarily to house, clothe and feed the men in the program. The income is from thrift store operations in several locations. The men are taught trades, work habits, and are held accountable for their actions. Rules are strictly enforced and no alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises. Many are placed in training programs with local employers.
