600 MILLION STRAY DOGS NEED YOU

We intend to end the cycle of suffering for the world's stray dogs and stray cats, by developing safe, affordable, nonprofit permanent lasting birth control food.

This is special dog food and cat food which is being designed so that, when completed, a single serving will in effect spay a dog or cat, without surgery.

An additional goal is to prevent the deaths of over 59,000 people who die from rabies each year, primarily as a result of being bitten or scratched by infected stray dogs.

The World Health Organization reports that stray dogs are the number one source of all fatal human rabies cases.

Our strategy for success begins with a very carefully designed plan on how to end the global dog and cat overpopulation problem, and then raising the funds needed to carry out the plan.

This includes finishing the development of our first formula, Spay and Neuter Cookies.

This formula is being designed to serve as a single dose, edible, permanent lasting, lifetime birth control formula, capable of safely 'spaying' a stray dog -- after the stray eats a single serving -- without requiring surgery.

Once the development of the formula is completed, we can then begin the regulatory approval process in the countries where the animal suffering, and the human suffering from rabies, are the most severe and the most rampant.

At the same time we will begin limited use of the formula in field trials in real life, controlled-use situations in cities where the suffering is the most widespread, such as Mexico City with its estimated one to three million strays, and where poisoning and electrocution are the primary methods of animal control ...

... and Baghdad, with its estimated one million strays, and where poisoning and shooting are the primary methods of animal control.

We will of course also be developing similar formulas for cats and other species in need.

Once completed, because these formulas will be edible and will not require capturing strays nor performing surgery, and because they are being designed to safely sterilize a stray after eating just one serving ... we believe these formulas will be capable of permanently ending the global dog and cat overpopulation problem.

To begin with, the Advisory Board of 600 Million Stray Dogs Need You is comprised of highly qualified scientists, as well as leaders in other fields such as animal welfare.

We also collaborate with experts in many fields of science, including individual nanotechnologists, chemists, medical doctors specializing in fertility, internists, biologists, surgeons, veterinarians, biochemists, compound pharmacists and more.

We have a strategic plan in place to end the global overpopulation of stray dogs and cats, by developing Spay and Neuter Cookies - food that will safely make dogs and cats infertile, after eating only one serving.

We have also begun scientific clinical trials on formulas which our scientists believe are the most effective in safely spaying and neutering - without requiring surgery.

In addition, we are working under the leadership of one of the most successful and effective leaders in the animal protection community, Alex Pacheco, who is most widely known as the co-founder of PETA and Adopt A Pet, and who has received many awards - such as being inducted into the Animal Rights Hall of Fame - for his many accomplishments on behalf of animals. We have investigated, researched and successfully identified over 100 different minerals, formulas, drugs, biological agents, and metallic chemical elements which can cause non-surgical birth control in animals and/or humans.

We have also advanced to the next stage in the development of permanent birth control dog food, and critically important clinical trials have begun.

Currently, we are working with multi-dose formulas which can non-surgically sterilize a stray dog, and what we need to accomplish next is to convert these multi-dose formulas into single-dose formulas.

We also need to expand our education program, which focuses on permanently solving the overpopulation problem, instead of managing the problem.

Currently and for the last 100 years, most animal welfare efforts have been, and continue to be, focused on only managing the overpopulation problem, instead of permanently solving the problem. Despite billions of dollars being spent on traditional animal control measures such as adoptions, spay and neuter surgery, etc., these traditional methods are not working globally, as evidenced by the fact that the number of stray dogs and cats worldwide continues to increase each year.

(For example, in 2016 the New York Times reported the worldwide stray dog population to be estimated at 750 million.)

We also need to expand our work to end the annual deaths of over 59,000 people who die from rabies, almost all after being infected by rabid stray dogs.

Given the fact that the World Health Organization reports that stray dogs are the number one source of all fatal human rabies cases, we believe we can prevent these tragic deaths by dramatically reducing the number of stray dogs, through the development and use of birth control dog food formulas, capable of sterilizing stray dogs without needing to perform surgery on the strays.

One of the reasons we are developing these formulas is to end the stray dog overpopulation problem and thus end the number one source of fatal human rabies cases – stray dogs.

According to major human health websites, we have reason to believe that there may be no clinical trials in progress to prevent human deaths from rabies, except for the trials we are performing.

We are doing formula work that typically a drug company would be doing, and we are working to ensure that these formulas remain affordable and nonprofit.
