Community Supported Agriculture: The goals of the Community Supported Agriculture program are to provide the community with a demonstration farm and educational information on sustainable agriculture system. Community Supported Agriculture provides farmers with direct outlets for farm products and ensures fair compensation. It encourages proper land stewardship by supporting farmers in transition toward low or no chemical inputs and utilization of energy saving technologies.

Additional Education for Children and Adults: Student participation in all aspects of the Seed to Table experience occurs as they prepare beds, plant seeds and seedlings, tend crops, and harvest produce, Through these engaging activities, students begin to understand the cycle of food production. Vegetables, grains, and fruits, grown in soil rich with the compost of last year's harvest, are elements of seasonal recipes prepared by students in the kitchen.
