Mission

To provide individuals and families who are mentally disabled and/or economically disadvantaged in Cuyahoga County with permanent supportive housing and lifelong solutions to increase self-sufficiency and independence.

We are a 30-year-old nonprofit fighting homelessness in the NEO community. We are located in Ohio City and provide permanent supportive housing using best practices as defined by the US government and research communities.

We provide a wide-array of programs that help individuals in our communities who struggle with chronic homelessness, due to various challenges, reach their goal of independence and self reliance. We enjoy a 97% success rate.
