What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Coats for Kids Coat Giveaway Program
Purchased coats are primarily distributed via our formal school program that includes 50+ K-8 public and charter schools with the highest percentages of students living below federal poverty level located within our 5-county service area.
Additional coats are purchased by coat sponsors and distributed to every student at a school (again, with the majority of students living below poverty level) selecte by the partner and Coats for Kids (CFK).
Donated coats are laundered and then redistributed to more than 40 area social service agencies, churches, schools and other community organizations upon request.
