The organization's primary exempt purpose is to help those in need throughout the world by donating 87% of the net proceeds of the annual relief sale to the ten selected Not-For-Profit Organizations 1)World Missionary Press, Inc. 2)Mennonite Central Committee - Great Lakes 3)Christian Aid Ministries 4) Ronald McDonald House 5)Christian Mission Charitites 6)The Gideons International and 7)West End Kid's Club 8)MDS Foundation 9)Pleasant Day Workshop 10)Ebenezer Youth Camp who in turn distribute the donations to those most in need throughout the world. The organization also distributes funds to individuals in the surrounding communities of Daviess County, Indiana who are devestated by house fires and ongoing medical bills.

The organization's annual relief sale was held Saturday, August 19, 2016 at Simon J. Graber Complex in Montgomery, Indiana. The auction consisted of various items donated by local businesses, craftsmen, churches and individuals in the local community. These items included hardwood furniture, bedroom suites, hutches, tables and chairs, handmade quilts and other miscellaneous items. The event also included a bake sale and breakfast and lunch was provided for a fee with the proceeds being used for the organization's charitable and relief activities.
