The Roller Skating Foundation is a 501(c)3 corporation operated exclusively to raise money for educational programs, self-esteem and safety programs, and generally promote fitness through roller skating. The Foundation operates for the following charitable and educational purposes: To promote physical fitness and to help build self-esteem, to establish and provide scholarships and grants, to promote family values, to promote safety and risk management programs and to receive, administer, distribute, and expend funds, gifts, donations, bequests, contributions, and other receipts of money or property of every kind or nature in furtherance of the Roller Skating Foundation's charitable and educational objectives and purposes.

Roller Skating Foundation Scholarships
The Roller Skating Foundation provides seven scholarship totaling $12,000. These scholarships will be awarded to the following individuals:
Three scholarships in the amount of $3000/$2000/$1000 awarded to an RSA member rink owner's family member or employee, or employee's family member.
One scholarship in the amount of $3000 awarded to an RSM affiliate member owner's family member or employee, or employee's family member.
Three scholarships in the amount of $1000 each awarded to a roller skating athlete in the categories of art, speed and hockey.
Requirements of each scholarship will be listed on each respective application.
Applicants must meet the criteria to be considered for each scholarship.
Completed applications must be received at the Roller Skating Foundation by February 28. Applications can be found at www.rollerskating.com/scholarships.
