Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Find Help Network
There is no more important function that Renewed serves than as a resource for one-on-one treatment referrals. Our Clinical Director is available for free assessments and personalized treatment recommendations. Alternatively, our online Find Help Network brings clinicians and those seeking help and community together. All individuals and treatment centers listed in our online database specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and disordered eating.
PaintED: Art Therapy
PaintED is our multi-week creative support group program in Nashville and Chattanooga, TN. Together, with a Registered Art Therapist, participants affected by body image concerns or disordered eating behaviors have the opportunity to creatively express themselves and their emotions in a welcoming environment. All artistic levels are welcome, and classes are free of charge.
BalancED: Body Positive Yoga
BalancED is our community yoga program. Classes are offered throughout the year in Nashville, TN. The focus of each class is body positivity. Participants are invited to join at any point to explore mindfulness and self-acceptance through the practices of yoga and meditation. All levels are welcome.
Support Groups
Families Supporting Families - is a group for family and friends who have a loved one affected by an eating disorder that meets in Nashville, TN.
CO-ED - is a group for college-aged women affected by eating disorder and/or body image concerns that meets in Nashville.
ConnectED - is a group for adult women affected by an eating disorder and/or body image concerns that meets in Nashville.
SupportED - is a group for adult women 40+ affected by eating disorders and/or body image concerns that meets in Nashville.
EmpowerED - is a group for adult males affected by eating disorders and/or body image concerns that meets in Nashville.
EmbracED - is a group for members of the LGBTQ community affected by eating disorders and/or body image concerns that meets in Nashville.
HarmonizED - Experiential Group
HarmonizED is our creative experiential program for adults 18+. In this program, participants work on gaining insight, being intentional and experiencing connection in a way that is comfortable and embracing through a variety of interactive interventions. No previous experience necessary.
BookED - Book Study Group
BookED is our book study group for adults 18+. In this program, participants are a part of a safe and welcoming space focused on group reading and discussion related to eating disorders and/or body image issues.
Clinical Consult Group
Clinical Consult Group is our group for professionals on the front-lines of treatment in the eating disorders field. The group is a place for clinicians to come together for fellowship, advice and networking in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Both seasoned professionals and those new to the field are welcome.
