What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Promoting Social Justice & Sustainable Peace

From Bolivia to Kenya, Tanzania, Colombia (Venezuelan Refugees), and Ukraine (Refugees in Poland) to Argentina, and Guatemala, the U.S. (Houston) among others, U4C promotes social justice and sustainable peace. Through collaborative partnerships, U4C empowers marginalized groups, strengthening their resilience and creating conditions for self-directed, dignified, and sustainable human existence. Our programs focus on women, girls, and young people. In genuine partnership with community leaders and the beneficiaries, we co-create conditions that build and strengthen the resilience of marginalized groups in fragile communities. These innovative and tailored projects are aligned with the U.N. 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the Positive Peace Framework (Institute for Economics & Peace) utilizing a human-center model. We develop community-specific strategic partnerships while collaborating with local and international NGOs, academia, the private, and the public sector.
