ANAD’s mission is to relieve suffering by providing free peer support & education to those struggling with disordered eating and body image.

For 46 years, we have provided free, peer support services to those struggling with eating disorders.

From our Helpline and treatment directory to our support groups and mentorship program, there are many ways to get help at ANAD. We are continuously recruiting and training volunteers to serve as peer support group leaders, helpline operators, and peer mentors.

Further, our organization partners with treatment care providers for education and support purposes.
