We Care provides the basic necessities of assistance with food, rent and utility bills to those who have run out of options in Grundy County. We also help with resources to get them back on their feet or refer them to places they can get such help. We also provide the link to resources during the holidays for help with gifts and food.

We Care provided food to over 2,800 families in Grundy County in 2007. We helped 133 households with either a partial payment of or full month's rent or mortgage assistance. We helped 188 households with part of their utility bills. We helped 90 households with the cost of their prescription medications. We helped 771 families with holiday food and/or gifts.
