Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Church Planting
HCO plants new churches in SE Haiti. We utilize the T4T discipleship model and have 11 churches to date that have been planted.
Children
We educate and disciple over 2,000 students in 6 schools in Haiti.
Health Care
We operate Peredo Community Hospital in SE Haiti. We have 18 Haitian staff members that provide general care, pediatrics, ob/gyn, labor/delivery, laboratory, and pharmacy.
Community Development
We focus our community development efforts in poultry farming, compressed earth block manufacturing, and community health evangelism.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
2015 Goals
Church Planting
• Complete the launch of the new church in Belle Anse.
• Train 100 disciple makers through T4T
• Start T4T groups in all churches within our sphere of influence.
• Build Sister Church Partnerships with US Churches to launch new plants and assist current growing churches
Children
• Provide TESOL Training for our Educational Staff.
• Maintain excellent performance on national exams.
• Complete curriculum review and secure French translation of biblical curriculum for all ages.
• Increase enrollment to 2100 students.
Health Care
• Complete construction of Phase II of Community Hospital of Peredo.
• Launch Give Health to produce a stronger financial base for the hospital.
• Provide proactive healthcare for all school children through school screenings and follow up.
• Increase patience care by 15%
• Secure install medical incinerator
Community Development
• Make compressed earth block sustainable.
• Start 20 new families in the poultry business.
• Train 10 new Community Health Evangelists.
• Secure and install solar power in Peredo to reduce dependence on diesel generators
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategies for making this happen include Training 4 Trainers workshops for our pastors and church members, ongoing training and education for our healthcare team, a focused team on training with our teachers, and an increase in funding for community development.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have continued to see an increase in volunteers to provide training for our national leaders and an increase in funding for all of our programs which makes these goals and strategies for accomplishing them attainable in 2015.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have accomplished the following in 2015:
