Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

As we move toward our goal of becoming a leading national non-profit, we will invest in communities by meeting the aspirations and unique circumstances of our residents. Our reputation is reinforced through every positive outcome that our residents generate, and our buildings are reflective of and responsive to the large and growing number of communities we serve.

We bring a community-focused approach to our work - every community we create is a part of the a larger community fabric. Our residents, by and large, come from the surrounding community. Our on-site services are targeted to our residents and provided by community-based organizations, and we build on community success by diving deeper into the challenges and opportunities that each community faces.

With a dedicated staff of real estate development, finance, management and service professionals, we deliver on our collaborative strategies around the built and social environment. We have more than 1,000 units that we own and manage, with hundreds more in various stages of development.

From a fledgling organization with one community in Naples, Florida, we now own and operate affordable housing in four states, with hundreds of units annually anticipated for delivery.
