What we aim to solve
Quality, affordable access to care is not only a local problem, but statewide, nationwide and global. Tri City Health Partnership (TCP) has been providing free care to low-income, uninsured residents since 2001. TCHP focuses on bridging the gap for those that do not receive state aid, but can not afford or have access to private insurance. By treating those that consistently say they "make too much for help, but not enough to live on", we provide life-saving exams, medications, treatment and educational options. The clinic serves to keep chronic patients healthy and able to work, out of the ER, and avoid having to choose between costly medications or food and rent.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Free Medical & Dental Care
Tri City Health Partnership (TCHP) provides care to those without other options. We treat both acute and chronic, as well as dental care. Patients never pay for any services, treatment, exams or medications, but rely on grants, donations and fundraisers to continue the mission. With a staff of 6 supported by over 120 volunteer medical and dental professionals, TCHP provides over 2,500 on-site visits per year.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
In a perfect world, healthcare would not be an issue of affordability. Keeping residents healthy so they can continue to work and provide for their families is the goal. When patients are no longer stressed about getting the help they need, they can start a healthier, more productive life.
Helping patients understand the role they play in their quality of life is additionally paramount. From education on oral care to medications, social service connections for food and shelter, as well as mental health concerns, TCHP serves to treat the whole individual.
