What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

TNR (trap, neuter, return)

Feral cat caregivers contact us for assistance with TNR. This is the major program of our organization. There are many colonies whose caregivers cannot afford to have the cats spayed/neutered and their numbers quickly get out of hand.  TNR is the only successful population management program for feral cat colonies.
