Cobb Community Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse (CCAPSA) creates strategic partnerships with individuals and organizations to promote health and wellness within the Cobb County community by preventing the onset of substance abuse. Our Vision is to create a drug-free Cobb County community.

Grant funded drug-free communities coalition that addresses prescription drug and opiod use , underage alcohol use and seeks to reduce and delay initiation of substance use by youth. This coalition employs evidenced based community-wide initiatives to address community norms, beliefs and behaviors associated with youth substance misuse
