The foundation has made a PRI in the form of a loan for preservation of wetlands. Historically, the foundation has made PRIs in the form of loans for preserving industrial heritage and celebrating labor history, and for land conservation and artistic vitality for communities in the Chicago region and the Lowcountry of South Carolina
