The Hope mission is to cultivate change in the most inclusive environments to encourage each person with intellectual or developmental disabilities to fulfill their individual potential through evidence-based treatment, advocacy and community education. Every day Hope enacts this mission by offering dynamic, evidence-based programs individualized to each person’s unique needs through specialized program units: The Hope Learning Academies, The Hope Residential Academy, The Autism Clinics at Hope, Therapy Relief at Hope, The Hope Vocational Academy, The Illinois Crisis Prevention Network, The Autism Program of Illinois and Wrentham Therapy Services.

The Hope Learning Academy Springfield

As a nonprofit, non-public day therapeutic school, The Hope Learning Academy in Springfield, IL, has provided educational services for children with disabilities for over 65 years. Hope provides clinical, educational, and therapeutic services for individuals with multiple disabilities including autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The Hope mission is to provide state of the art services in the most inclusive environment to encourage persons to fulfill their individual potential through evidence-based treatment, advocacy, and community education.

Hope works to create a continuum of care for the people we serve by linking family, health service providers, and staff in a multidisciplinary team for each person’s care plan. Hope Clinical Care (HCC), Hope's outpatient therapeutic company, provides personalized clinical and therapeutic services to children, including autism screening and diagnosis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, music therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. HCC specializes in helping children with intellectual and developmental disabilities increase overall health and well-being. Hundreds of children with disabilities and their families find increased joy and independence by receiving interventions through HCC's Autism Clinics at Hope, Therapy Relief at Hope, The Autism Program of Illinois and The Illinois Crisis Prevention Network.
