VNA of Southeast Michigan provides Medicare-certified home health care. This program consists of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and home health aides to deliver home based medical care that supports independence and dignity.
Hospice
VNa's hospice program provides comforting and supportive care to people at the end of life and their families.
Ryan White Program
VNA’s Ryan White Program provides case management, primary care, in home mental health, home health care services and nutrition counseling to persons with HIV/AIDS.
