What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Visual Arts

We are a beacon for arts and culture in Otsego County and surrounding areas, which often struggle with low per capita income, stereotyping, and geographical isolation. We offer: (1) Art Exhibits, that serve as a platform for local artists and enriching the cultural experience of our community. (2) Creativity Workshops, catering to all skill levels, these workshops offer residents a chance to explore their creative potential. (3) Art Appreciation Programming, which counters educational limitations in rural areas and encourages lifelong learning. (4) Public Art Initiatives that transforms community spaces and challenges negative rural stereotypes through the promotion of local creativity. (5) Performances that provide a vital cultural experience and foster community connections. As the area's sole multidisciplinary arts organization, we understand our role in ensuring arts and culture accessibility.
