Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Earn While You Learn
Life Skill Lessons are offered to clients planning to parent their children. Lessons include: Prenatal Development, Your Changing Body, Nutritian, Bonding With Your Baby, How to Soothe a Crying Baby, Infant / Toddler Safety, etc. Participants earn "baby money" to budget and shop for the items they need or want in our "Baby Boutique".
Baby items are donated, cleaned, sorted and distributed to our clients who need them. One time emergency assistance for those who do not wish to participate in educational or mentoring programs.
Men2Men Mentoring
A one-on-one counseling program for new fathers to encourage their role as fathers. The "Earn While You Learn" curriculum is available for our fathers, as well as "Men's Fraternity, A Quest For Authentic Manhood" for those wanting to strengthen their role as fathers and husbands, particularly those who were not raised with healthy role models.
Limited Obstetric Ultrasounds
1st and 2nd Trimester limited Obstetric Ultrasounds
Pregnancy Testing
Lab grade pregnancy test either self administered or administered by a licensed medical professional.
Sexual Health And Relationship Education (S.H.A.R.E.)
Sexual Risk Avoidance curriculum taught by certified instructor for Junior High and / or High School students, as well as young adults. Abstinence program teaching healthy living and healthy relationship skills.
Mom's Support Group
For mothers who are pregnant or currently have a child under 2 years old. Monthly support group with topics of interest. Refreshments served. Childcare provided. Pre-registration required for childcare.
Pregnancy Loss Support Group
For those grieving the loss of pregnancy due to miscarriage or still birth. We offer one-on-one support by women who have healed from past miscarriage or early infant loss.
Parent +
A community of parents of children up to 2 years old, who meet 2 - 3 times each month to learn about parenting skills, life skills, healthy relationships, and spiritual growth. Snacks or a light meal and childcare provided.
