Home Hospice Care
This program allows terminally ill individuals to remain in the comfort of their home while receiving expert medical care. Supported by the clinical guidance and compassion of the Angela Hospice team, a family caregiver is trained to be directly involved in caring for their loved one
Angela Hospice Care Center
Open since 1994, our inpatient Care Center provides a home away from home for hospice patients. The hospice team supports patients around the clock, and family and friends may visit at any time.
My Nest is Best Pediatric Program
This program, designed for children who are facing a terminal illness, aims at allowing children to receive medical care in their own home, where they are more comfortable and can enjoy the support of family and loved ones. The interdisciplinary pediatric team provides individualized care aimed at keeping children alert and comfortable, helping them to live as fully as possible.
Prenatal Hospice Program
The Prenatal Hospice Program was created to help expecting parents whose unborn baby may not survive, or may be born with a life-threatening illness. The prenatal team offers counseling and support, helping parents in both welcoming the baby, and if necessary, saying “goodbye.”
Grief Support Services
In addition to supporting the families of Angela Hospice patients, the bereavement department offers grief support groups, workshops, and one-on-one counseling to community members free-of-charge.
