EquipYouth

A global initiative of IYF and Caterpillar's philanthropic organization, the Caterpillar Foundation, EquipYouth prepares young people in seven countries with market-relevant life and technical skills training, internships, on-the-job learning, and job placement services.

NEO is an initiative of IYF, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), through its Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) and its Labor Markets Unit, and partners Arcos Dorados, Caterpillar Foundation, CEMEX, Fondation Forge, Microsoft, SESI, and Walmart. Through this alliance, NEO hopes to improve employment opportunities for 1 million young people by 2022 in 12 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Passport to Success® equips young people with workplace readiness skills to help them stay in school, acquire education, and be successful in the workplace. The curriculum has been implemented in over 40 countries and trained over 140,000 youth.

In partnership with The MasterCard Foundation, IYF started this 5-year initiative in 2016. Via will improve economic opportunities for 30,000 under-served youth in Tanzania and Mozambique through technical and vocational education and training and entrepreneurship.

YouthActionNet® works to strengthen and expand the impact of youth-led social ventures. 20 young founders/CEOs are chosen yearly as Laureate Global Fellows and YouthActionNet® maintains a network of leadership institutes, to support and provide services to emerging leaders and encouraging social entrepreneurship and leadership.

With funding from USAID, DFID, and the Embassy of Sweden (Sida), Zimbabwe:Works is preparing the county's marginalized young people, especially young women, to enter the workforce. We are providing job readiness and business training, as well as improving access to micro-finance loans and savings and loan programs.
