Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
1. Increase our our effectiveness.
2. Measure our effectiveness by how manybwe are able to help.
3. Unify the Community.
4. We accomplished a these goals as is evident by our having increased
our volunteers from community from 9 individuals to nearly 200.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
BRGCSC will seek to Increase our impact
We will Increase how many we will have helped in a given year
We will Increase our Volunteer Numbers
We will chart these numbers to determine the effectiveness of our outreach efforts
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have many established ties within the community. We were even participants in Florida State University's
Big Event, Next year we will provide assistance to a larger area of the community. We I'll also give more technology
assistance and/or training. We will measure our future impacts by the numbers served. We had 3 days to coordinate the
big event work and help instill community unity. "Caring is Sharing".
With more lead time, next year we will have more work for the students and know more of what local community needs are.
This event was an exhilaratingly great collaboration.
Education, Connection and Know how are our capabilities. We utilized nearly 200 student volunteers.
The Community gained friends and caring hearts, and the students loved giving of their time, talents and love.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
1. Financial Impact /growth has not increased sufficiently. This has been because these endeavors were from the heart, and financed mostly by our directors.
2. We need more technology in working order to be able to bridge the disparity gaps which exist within target populations we target within the community.
3.We need more tech savvy people working or teaching, or providing out reach. Technology gaps must be bridged by to truly bring about change.
4. A building to store Technology and provide training and or beneficial technology services would be extremely helpful. Storage in the homes of directors doesn't cut it any more.
