Passport to Better Health
This program is a health symposium conducted in April during Minority Health Awareness Month. This program brings in speakers to address the different health issues that affect the underserved and minority community at a disproportionate rate, i.e., heart disease, high blood pressure, breast cancer, prostate cancer, infant mortality, kidney disease, to name a few.
Lillian's
Lillian's is our free boutique, which provides essential clothing, personal care, and household essentials to the underserved community of disabled cancer survivors, low-income individuals, and families and, homeless individuals and families.
Back to School Backpack Giveaway
We have an annual back-to-school backpack giveaway; we give backpacks to children from underserved communities before they return to school. We fill the backpacks with all the school supplies needed for each grade level.
Christmas Wish
We have an annual 'Christmas Wish" event, where we provide toys to hundreds of children, as well as coats, boots, hats and scarves, and winter clothing for kids, and adults. All from the underserved communities, we serve.
