Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

SOUL Shared Food Ministry is a dire straits distribution hub designed for like-minded ministries & outreaches whose mission is to assist people that are struggling to keep food on the table during this pandemic.

Together we are reaching first responders, safe houses (women and children pulled from sex trafficking) battered women, recovery and transitional houses, families, individuals and our most vulnerable the elderly.

The "Reset" button has been pushed, this is a new era and season, we are all in this together ~ Stay safe

SSFM is expanding to accommodate the outcry. The need is greater than ever before!
SOUL Shared Food Ministry (SSFM) has been given a platform to assist other ministries whose heartbeat and passion are in line with S.O.U.L.'s - feeding the need. Data
  • We disaggregate data to adjust programming goals to keep pace with changing needs of the communities we support.
  • We disaggregate data by demographics, including race, in every policy and program measured.
Policies and processes
  • We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
  • We help senior leadership understand how to be inclusive leaders with learning approaches that emphasize reflection, iteration, and adaptability.
  • We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
