and housing rehabilitation for 500
households/year)
- Community Housing Development (162
affordable apartments developed/
constructed; 75 purchased)
- Asset Management (162 units under agency
management)
* Families in Transition: Rent
assistance,Foreclosure Prevention,
Supportive Transitional Housing, Section 8
and Homebuyer Assistance.
* Ideal Auto: non-profit car dealership,
providing wholesale autos and technical
support to JumpStart and to replication
services in WI and MN.
* JumpStart: facilitated automobile
purchase for TANF-eligible and other low-
income households, providing late-model,
reliable,high-efficiency automobiles. 300
client purchases to date. Client outcome
of 75% employment @ $10.80 per hour avg.
