Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

For fiscal year 2023, board and staff committees are working on:
-Operational sustainability related to human resources (retention and growth, review/document/improve outsourced services & operations model, succession planning)
-Effective communications (mission & vision relaunch, communications plan with segmentation and tracking, and increasing visibility with youth outreach and strengthening relationships with partner organizations)

-Increasing capacity for these goals using board and subject matter expert volunteers as necessary
-Establishing clear measurable goals for each strategic priority identified in the FY23 plan
- Assigning staff who are responsible for goals and board member counterparts who are accountable
-Weekly check-ins with staff and manager and at least quarterly check-ins with committee
