This program primarily serves individuals and groups seeking to form a cooperatively owned enterprise, or existing cooperatives seeking to grow/turn around. Services include guidance about the development pathway; connections and referrals to sources of assistance; feasibility analysis/business planning; governance support; leveraging community capital
