Information and Referral
We provide Autistic adults', parents and community members with information about autism and related services in our community. We do this through email, phone and in person meetings as well as through our online autism database. We also provide Autism 101 workshops to parents, community members and newly diagnosed adults.

What significant change resulted from feedback?
We have started to offer more play dates and social activities for families who have young children. We are also developing a new Autism 101 for adults who are newly diagnosed with autism.

How has asking for feedback from the people you serve changed your relationship?
They feel more valued and that their experiences and opinions mater. We have adapted the "Nothing about us without us" philosophy and an "Options policy" meaning that we included autistic individuals in all levels of our organization. This not only give those we serve a voice it also develops leaders within the disability community. This change resulted in greater participation in our advisory committees and increased participation in our programs along with an increased satisfaction of services from those who participate.

- We review compensation data across the organization (and by staff levels) to identify disparities by race.
