What have they accomplished so far and what's next?

Stillwaters' primary goal is to continue to expand awareness of and support for our organization to ensure that anyone in our community who is touched by cancer has access to our services.

We will continue to work with community partners, like health systems, to provide their patients access to our services. We will build relationships with other community organizations and community leaders to grow awareness of our services and ensure that they are accessible to anyone who wants or needs them.

Our counselors and staff are prepared to continue the growth of our organization and if necessary we will continue to add staff to meet growing demand.

We measure our success in a number of ways, the number of individuals and families who seek our services as well as the personal impact that our services have on individuals. In 2013 Stillwaters' counselors provided over 5,000 services. Our clients consistently tell us that we are making a positive difference in their lives with over 95% indicating that they are better able to cope with the emotions of cancer having met with a Stillwaters' counselor.

2012 saw the addition of 3 counselors and two new community partnerships. 2013 brought the addition of one new community partner and 2 additional counselors. 2014 will be a third year of significant growth for the organization, all while maintaining financial stability and and high client satisfaction.
