Guided by Jewish values, the St. Paul Jewish Federation uses our comprehensive vantage point to listen to the many voices in our community and strengthen Jewish life in St. Paul. The the organization distributes the majority of the contributions to beneficiary agencies which are direct providers of various social, charitable and educational programs to the Jewish community locally, nationally and internationally.

The Federation administers this scholarship fund which provides full tuition to enable Israeli graduate students to attend America’s best universities to obtain doctorates in political science, law, or economics.
