Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
EMERGE Workforce
Helps people facing obstacles to employment not only find jobs, but begin a career pathway. We offer comprehensive work readiness training, education & career planning, and individualized coaching throughout the job search and/or career training process.
EMERGE Career Training
Offers multiple training programs focused on in-demand industries to individuals seeking new skills to enhance employability. Some are offered in-house and others through partnerships with local technical colleges and other partners.
EMERGE Youth Workforce Services
Provides quality, paid work experiences to youth who would otherwise not likely have employment opportunities. Each year, EMERGE helps 300 youth explore careers, enhance work readiness, and access the training, internships, academic support, employment and post-secondary opportunities that create a pathway out of poverty for young people.
EMERGE Financial Education & Coaching
Provides financial education, individualized coaching, and ongoing support in budgeting, rebuilding credit, asset development, and other key areas of personal finance. Services are integrated with workforce and housing programs to ensure clients have every opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency.
