Personal Employment, Day Training and Habilitation and Pre-Vocational Services
ALLY serves people who have intellectual or mental health disabilities. It provides a range of services based on individual needs and desires. Examples of services include individual and group employment; community engagement; self advocacy and personal empowerment; transportation and other services.

What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Increase Government revenues by targeting and marketing to potential program participants through profile modeling and analysis of emerging funding streams and units of service;
Create and implement a fundraising model that increases non-government revenues by $1 million.
Increase innovation and collaborative partnerships to leverage resources and enhance ALLY's brand.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
ALLY has an outstanding Board of Directors and management team. It has a strong balance sheet, high quality employees, loyal program participants and strong relationships with government agencies.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have conducted profile modeling of program participants and identified ALLY's differentiators and developed new marketing brochures targeted to potential program participants. We have taken steps to analyze resource needs and begin aligning resources.
